Blue Ocean is a global movement of university students and young adults who are dedicated to serving Jesus Christ through their profession and field of expertise. This movement began in 2012 by a small number of young adults in Vancouver, Canada, desperately praying for the revival of Vancouver with the desire to see young generations of God rising up.
